London-based lottery and gaming provider Tenlot is planning an initial public offering (IPO) in Stockholm as the company looks to build on its recent global expansion.

Per EngelInvest estimates, the gold reserve potential in the purchased mines is at relatively high concentrations totaling 2.5-3 million ounces valued at some $2.5 billion. In recent days, the price of gold has leaped to almost $1,000 per ounce.

The three projects include construction of about 9,000 housing units for Ho Chi Minh´s (Saigon) upper class in Vietnam. Estimated revenues from sales is $1.6 billion.

These transactions are in addition to other EngelInvest projects in India, including the construction of 8 malls and commercial centers, 5 residential projects totaling 4,000 apartments and villas, and 5 complexes of office towers and business hotels.

The sale of the franchise´s controlling shares in return for $90 million – at a value of $176 million – produced a profit of tens of millions of dollars for Engel. The mines included in the franchise are said to contain at least 1.1 billion tons of iron ore.

The project has recognized the potential of Africa, in general, and particularly West Africa to provide the food provided for the growing world population.

Georgia may create a fund for energy development with a budget of $2.5 billion upon the initiative of Israeli Elenilto Group Company. Company representative David Alon said the company is ready to invest $500 million in the fund. 

The multibillion company, Elenilto, one of the leading African mining developers, has submitted through its Ethiopian subsidiary Iris Mining Plc, jointly with its strategic tantalum partner, H.C. Starck, an Expression of Interest to develop the Kenticha mine project, considered to be one of the largest tantalum producing assets in the world.

The Block is situated adjacent to the Jindal Petroleum Blocks (one is producing) with estimated recoverable reserve of 234 MMBBL of crude oil and 840 BCF of gas, Frontera's block with estimated resource of 700 bcf, and Blake Oil and Gas blocks with resources of 357 MMBOE recoverable and potential of 2,151 MMBOE.
